The challenge
Updating the current marketing online and email campaigns templates that were used across all of the main business areas. using existing images, fonts and colours which maintained core functionalities.
My role
I managed and executed the project from start to finish. I set out with the vision to create an innovative site for the M&S brand. I wanted to leverage a custom site design to tie in the brand heritage and unique business aspects into the online experience. Key functionalities would be drastically improved and, at times, they would impact internal business practices as well. Ultimately, the design would change the way the company did business online.
